Q: The camera does not work.
A: Make sure that the app has permission to access your camera. Go to the Settings app, select Neuralstack Flex and turn on the camera.
A: Confirm that the camera works in the official camera app.

Q: Pallet scans are failing to upload.
A: Confirm that your internet connection is working and stable.

Q: Authentication is failing.
A: If you have already used the authentication QR code on another device, please create a new one in the Neuralstack Portal. Each authentication QR code can only be used on one device.
