Q: I can't login
A: Make sure that you have a working internet connection and the app has data enabled.
A: If you do not have login credentials for the Neuralstack Platform, please tapp "Create an account" and enter the required data.
A: Confirm that the app is up to date.

Q: When addind a device, Neuralstack Flex will not authenticate with the QR code.
A: The QR code can only be used to authenticate one device. If the QR code has already been used, tapp "Add Device" to generate a new QR code.
A: Confirm that your internet connection is working and stable.
A: Make sure that Neuralstack Flex has permission to access Cellular Data. Go to the Settings app, select Neuralstack Flex and Cellular Data.
A: Confirm that both Neuralstack Flex and Neuralstack Insight are up to date.

Q: How do I connect to a custom Neuralstack Cloud endpoint?
A: On the login screen, tap on the icon with an ellipsis inside a circle. This with show the custom endpoint settings. Tap the enable toggle and enter the url of the endpoint.
